• All our activities are subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, including the arbitration clause, latest version and the Logistics Service Conditions, latest version of FENEX (Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics). On all our activities Dutch law applies.

• On all our Stevedoring and Cargo Handling – Storage operations at our terminal in Vlissingen-Oost the terms of the Rotterdam Association of Terminal Operators (VRTO) apply.
